balanced acidity and a pleasant aftertaste.

Icy traditionally accompanies meat dishes, fried seafood and fatty treats.

Result soft pressure of the grapes with a stay in grape skins, in stainless steel tanks in order to acquire this lovely pink color, highlighting the characteristic aromas of the variety. Result intense and complex aromatic character of the wine reminiscent of peach, raspberry and rose.
Served at 8-10° C seafood delicacies, shellfish and fruit.
